We have just updated the Lyrics section so that you can read or print the song lyrics. For the next weeks we are going to bring much more songs inside the system and also try to find the authors from these filed under "unknown artist".
If you have any reference about a song please inform us and we will try to put that online as soon as possible.

It's not that we weren't lazy for the last months and as you can see the result is a good excuse. Yes, the new website is online. As one of Europe's oldest Capoeira communities we have the responsibility to reach certain levels by the content that we offer and to bring you exactly that content in a nearly perfect way made us work months and months on this page.
Due to the fact that CAPOEUROPA values more then two decades of Capoeira history in Europe behind it, managing the archives is our biggest hurdle but we are constantly working on.
Pleas feel free to check out the whole page with time and if you feel like showing yourself als an european capoeirista, do so by registering in here to show all the others were you are from.
We are constantly working on the page. Please be aware of this but enjoy the site.

This is only a short announcment for the next open Roda held by Mestre PauloSiqueira (Escola de Capeira Nzinga) in Hamburg. Everybody is invited to join us (24 !!! April) from 5 pm at the TAIYO SPORT CENTER

We are happy to inform you that there is a fixed date for the last Roda with Mestre Magnata. On the 13th of Feburary 2010, Mestre Magnata will give a small lesson at the Taiyo Sport Center in Hamburg.
Die letzte Roda mit Mestre Magnata findet am 13. Februar 2010 ab 16 Uhr im Taiyo Sport Center in Hamburg statt. Organisiert wird das ganze von Mestre Paulo Siqueira, Contra-Mestre Morreira und Contra-Mestre Joel mit der Unterstützung von Sifu Emanuel Bettencourt.  Just in case some of you are around Rio De Janeiro by the end of the month, you should not miss the "Capoeira Roots No Sana" by Mestre Paulo Siqueira and Mestre Marrom Makandal. An evening with an Open Roda, Percussion and Kalimba for 30 Euros / 80 Reais.
By the way: Paulo Siqueira is once again organizing a trip to Brazil through for the end of August, so if you got the money and time get in contact with him.
